Sofie is an event manager at the Werkspoorkathedraal in Utrecht, responsible from start to finish for the events held there. Her workdays are never the same: from organizing business conferences to public festivals or trade fairs. That variety gives her energy. “You gain a lot of people skills because you’re in contact with everyone—from suppliers to cleaning staff and security.”
