Jasper started with a summer internship at Camping Bakkum and now, as Recreation Team Leader, he's responsible for the daily operations of the campsite. From handling complaints to programming activities and hiring performers—every workday is different.
"Sometimes it feels like I'm working in Rollercoaster Tycoon—but with real guests and real challenges."
Why does he enjoy going to work every day? "I get energy from giving guests an unforgettable time. And look where we are! I work every day in a beautiful environment and enjoy a vacation feeling daily. You only find that in recreation. And not to forget: colleagues feel like friends; we experience the craziest things together."
